    Hello. After trying several times creating several tickets, I noticed that the replies are not sent to the clients, so they don’t know about the tracking of my tickets. Until yesterday everything was working correctly but suddenly it stopped working.

    When a user creates a ticket, the email is sent to the client, but if I reply, the email is not sent. I am using EasySMTP and the email works fine. I installed SMTP logging and the email reply is not sent and is not shown as executed. What could be happening?

    Hello there,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    Please make sure, you enabled the “Ticket Reply Notification” for the customer at Support > Email Notification > Ticket Notifications > Ticket Reply Notification > Edit > Add “Customer” to the recipients > Save the changes.

    Also, check if you have set any condition for the same notification, modify or remove the condition as per your requirement.
