Client locked us out of a site we designed for them
-
Hello there. We are wondering if there is anyway we can disconnect our wordpress.com account from an ex-client’s website. The website in question is https://inhss.com. We built it for them based on our website at the time, assuming that they would be partnering with our company.
Almost as soon as the site was completed, they changed all of the passwords and effectively locked us out of all admin access. We also never ended up partnering with them as the relationship quickly soured.
This is not necessarily a problem, but they are still using jetpack features that are linked to our wordpress account. We would like to disable the connection. It has been several years, since we got locked out. We have no idea if their jetpack has been updated or not.
We tried logging into our wordpress.com account and disconnecting from there. All we get are errors when we do that though. Any suggestions are welcome.
