    Hey Guys,

Does anyone know a good way to easily upload files via FTP to a directory on my webserver to a specific directory,

and then using WordPress be able to individually select files in that directory

and make the files available for people (with different passwords) to download the files??

I hope that makes some sense?

Some kind of download manager / client file service?

    Cheers!

    Adam

    hey Michael,

That looks pretty good, but as far as I can tell it only offers 2 options for downloading access – allow “everyone’ or ‘registered users’

Know of any plugin that can offer individual user download access?

    MichaelH: thank you =D
ateale: Not from what I know, it will be too cumplesome.

cool, good to know! Thanks GamerZ

First of all: I think this is a great, great plugin but… we are wasting a little the attachments system, don’t you think so?.

The attachments system offers lots of posibilities ??

    Regards.

    Covi: Attachments system?

    Yeah ??

In fact, the new version explodes a little more this “system, functionality”,….
And, with a little modifications, we have possibilities to link the attachments with the big files uploads by FTP.
Naturally, I’m not talking about obfuscation of downloads.

    Regards, srry lang.
