Client Email notification when product is published

Hi,
What I’m trying to do is to allow the users to receive an email notification when a new product on a specific category is published. Therefore, the clients would need to decide at some point which product categories they’d like to receive email notifications from.

E.g: I got the following product categories: ‘football’, ‘basketball’ and ‘tenis’. A client would like to be notified when a new product on the ‘tenis’ category is uploaded, so somewhere (maybe on their profile, maybe on the store page) they choose the option of receiving mails from product category ‘tenis’. So when the admin creates a new product on the tenis category, said client will receive an email.
