client email and staff name not showing

  • The email client receive is shown as you can see here, with the bup code but not the real email. (Both, client and staff have an email registered).

    I have already opened a ticket 2 weeks ago with no answer, so that’s why I write you here.

    I have restored all templates and still not working.

    Staff and admin dont receive mails, but client does recive them (so is not a smtp-wp-mail related issue)

    Any idea?
