Client Downloads Page

I’m sure this has to be covered somewhere but I can’t find mention of it anywhere that provides an elegant solution. I would simply like to offer user specific downloads that they can access from their dashboards. I want to share customized pdf reports. Any thoughts on how to do that via a plugin or simply integration?
