Client can't login.

  • I have a client who can’t login to a fresh WP install whilst I am able to login on both my PC and Laptop using their same login details. She has tried clearing cache and cookies with no luck. I have suggested that they disable their firewall but haven’t heard back yet. Does anyone have any other suggestion as to what may be causing this?
