• Hi there,

The Client-Admin role is suddenly missing. I can’t find any errors in my settings. I’ve updated the whole installation but that didn’t help. I am using:

    • WordPress 5.3.2
    • White Label CMS 2.1.1

    Please advise.

    Thanks & regards,
    Monique

    Hello Monique,

Sorry to hear about that, Monique. I would love to help you if you could kindly do me a quick favor of checking if the clients were checked or not, you may see the settings under the Menus tab > Want to hide menus for your client? is checked? https://d.pr/i/87Q8Ud

    Hi Jhay,

    This setting is checked, yes.

Very strange… I created a ClientAdmin account for myself a while ago (for checking purposes). When I login with that account I can see the menu items that I selected and therefore need to see.

However, when I am logged in as administrator and I look in all users, my ClientAdmin account has role administrator and my customer (who should have ClientAdmin role) has role editor. Not in the user overview nor in a single user I can change this to ClientAdmin role.

    Please advise.

    Best regards,
    Monique
