About 20% of the time, after I have used the WordPress Plugin Install process, once the plugin was installed for multi-site, I refresh the screen, click on Updates Options, and the progress wheel rotates but never renders the page for the General tab. I then deactivate the plugin and network activate it, but this never improves for that site. How is it possible to work for some sites, and not for others? How can I get the page for the General tab to always display, as I desire to use the Custom option, but cannot for the sites with this problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The General screen uses the rest api, which should be enabled. If not, it breaks plugins like these. I’m sure that’s the problem.

Thanks for responding. I found that only on the sites where I have the Users Ultra Plugin installed, with the Permalinks populated, does this problem happen. I will possibly write a “child plugin” from which to access your plugin, avoiding the conflict that exists between these two great WP plugins. Thanks!

Please keep us in the loop. We want to avoid plugin conflicts like these as well.

    Hi @moneytech,

We have released an update v7.0.1 and we switch back to using admin ajax. Could you please update to latest version and check again. It will work well with Users Ultra or any other plugin that does a redirect
