    Hello,
I have a somewhat complicated problem.

If you scroll down on the linked page, a pop-up opens automatically – if you click on “Klicken Sie hier, um marketing Cookies zu akzeptieren und diesen Inhalt zu aktivieren” there, the content is unlocked.

If you then go to the very bottom of the page to the footer and click on the “10 Tipps” image, a new pop-up opens:

If you click on “Klicken Sie hier, um marketing Cookies zu akzeptieren und diesen Inhalt zu aktivieren” in this pop-up to unlock it, nothing happens.

    What surprises me:

If you open the linked page, scroll down and click away the pop-up that opens automatically (without unlocking the content).

Then you can click on the “10 Tipps” image at the bottom of the footer and unlock the content in the pop-up without any problems.

A cache plug-in is not in use.

Do you know what the cause of this could be?

If it is not understandable, I can also record a video.

    best regards
    heiko

    Dear Heiko,

    thanks for your message.

That 10 Tipps image what is referring to? It’s embedded through a plugin or manually in the website? After having accepted the cookies what should a user see clicking that image?

    Hello @leonardotamion ,

the image was integrated with Elementor – this is also displayed correctly.
If you click on the image, a popup opens (also created with Elementor) – this is also displayed correctly.

In this popup there is a registration form for a newsletter (Brevo). This form (script) is blocked in Complianz, so that users must first confirm the display.

The problem is: If users have already agreed to the display of the newsletter form elsewhere, they cannot agree again in this popup. Complianz blocks the area, but nothing happens when you click on the Complianz button to unlock it.

    Dear Heiko,

please open our section “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and disable from there the blue status of Elementor.

If there or from the section “Integrations” -> “Services” you see the service “Brevo”, disable it too.

    Lastly delete your website cache.

    Hello,
The “blue status” on Elementor was not active.
Brevo is not listed in the services.

    What else can I try?

Hi, the problem persists so I had to unblock Brevo. Can you please give me some feedback?
