Clicking on thumbnails view and now it doesn’t show images

    So I clicked on the icon to change it from List to Thumbnails and now it has stopped showing any files. Help!

    How do I get it back to show me files?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. There seems that another plugin on your site caused this issue. Can you please try to deactivate each plugin to check which one does that?

    Hi Kelly,

    I can do this, but I don’t see how this is the issue as its not happening to other users on the same site.

    So can you try to clear both server and browser cache to see if it helps?
