Clicking on Menu makes a page changed from original theme

  • Apart from Default menu I make some menus and submenus from menu section in WP. when I click on that menus(apart from default menus) the new page theme structure is different from the original one.

    Help me in this regard.

    When I tried accessing your site, my antivirus blocked it. It due to an invalid certificate. Once I added your site to my antivirus whitelist, I was able to access your site. However, I still see the invalid certificate warning. Refer to this screenshot.

    I am thinking that because of this invalid certificate issue, there are some CSS files that get blocked and it affected the site appearance. Please contact your hosting provider regarding the certificate and see if it will fix the issue.

    Sir / Maam,

    Actually its under the domain of https://rndimaging.in/. its a subdomain. Thats why showing certificate problem. Moreover the menus associated with the theme have no problem(home / about us / Contact). Problem is with the menus which I created..(Digital Archiving / IT Service / Audio Visual / Office Automation) etc….

    I visited Digital Archiving, IT Service, and AMC pages and they worked just fine. Even though they have nothing inside but the Page Title.

    Is that what you mean by structure is different?

    Perhaps u r missing the main thing….the connected page not similar to the other pages like HOME / ABOUT US / CONTACT…

    The background is different..

    It’s because the Home, About Us, and Contact pages are created using Elementor while the Digital Archiving, IT Service, and AMC pages are not.

    Anyway, I just checked your site and it now looks different from the last time I checked it.

    Yes I need assistance. Since there is no reply from our end I removed the theme. I am installing it again.

    I check your site again and it looks like you have successfully imported a Starter Template to your site. Though I see some pages with no content there.

    I would suggest you head over to the Elementor Knowledge Base to understand better how it works.
