clicking on images in google going to a post page

when I click on any of my images in google images the link in google goes to a page with the header title,date size of image date published. example:https://petealbert.com/product/salmon_newcklaces_product/
instead of just going to my site that does not have all that information. I do have the permalinks set to post name. Is there some setting in Yost Word SEO thats causing this? If so how do I fix it?
