Clicking on Comments does nothing?

  • I have successfully installed WordPress. However, when you click on the Comments link below each post, NOTHING happens. I’ve disable or enabled all the relavent options I can find, but to no avail. This was not an upgrad, it was a new install. I have no idea how to proceed. Please help

  • It’s something wrong with the template. Search the Codex for “The Loop” and start re-writing your theme from there.

    Is it your theme or someone elses? Either way, switching theme will also probably fix it. Try using Kubrick (WordPress Default) in the meantime.

    the theme is someone else’s – it’s called “red-bar-10”.

    I tried switching to the default theme and still nothing?

    I am moderately fluent in PHP, but was hoping I just missed something on the install.

    Any ideas?

    I could reinstall and go from there, but would rather not.

    I have completely re-installed the word press program – deleted the tables and the wordpress directory, reinstalled, and still nothing – tried several themes – still nothing? Am I missing something?

    EDIT – I have checked all my plug-ins, deleted all, etc. NOTHING helps.????

    please any help?
