    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens and step-by-step instructions to reproduce this, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

I have put it on a test server.

    Here is link:
    solidsurvival.com

    Steps to reproduce:
Just scroll down to end of table and click Next. You will see how the page just moves down and you can’t see the table. You have to scroll back up.

Let me know what you think?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    thanks for the link!

I think I understand now. However, this is not something that I can influence or change in TablePress, I’m afraid, as that’s the standard behavior of the external DataTables JavaScript library that TablePress uses for these features.

Technically, it’s not the table that is scrolling down, but the rest of the page just appears higher on the page, as the second set of rows of your table only contains 3 rows, compared to the 10 in the first set. The pagination basically keeps the table head row in the same position, so that the content below the table will move up and down depending on how many rows are shown per paginated page.

As a workaround, I suggest toe either add more entries (so that the height of the content per page is about equal), or to turn off pagination while the table is still short with only those 13 rows.

    Regards,
    Tobias
