    I believe that the issue you are facing here is a mix between GiveWP, a third-party plugin and PHP 8. Can you switch your PHP version from 8.0 to 7.4 and let me know if the issue persists?

    That worked amazingly well! The second I switched to 7.4 the license page loaded perfectly.
