Clicking in form takes back to top

    Thank you for providing a link. It looks like your entire form is wrapped in the following anchor tag:

    <a class="fusion-modal-text-link" href="#" role="link">

    That will make it so when you click on the form, it tries to visit ‘#’, which is essentially the current page. Hence the scroll to the top.

    If you remove that tag, the form should function normally.
