Clicking FAQ opens permalink instead of expanding

  • I just purchased Premium version for using on a new site. Imported FAQs from old site and just can’t get the individual FAQ in a list to expand.

    Instead, the permalink is opened.

    Using Enfold theme. I’ve tried a few tricks to disable CSS animation/transitions etc.

    Tried editing my functions.php with code from your forum, but to no avail.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
