clicking FAQ button does nothing

    Testing the free version of your chatbot in WordPress. I added several FAQs within the admin. But on the front end, clicking the FAQ button that appears after giving my name does nothing, it just shows FAQ as a user comment instead of showing the list of FAQ questions. Ideas? Thanks.
