Clicking 'Edit Post/Page' is causing the page/post to refresh

  • When logged in as an admin, clicking ‘Edit Post/Page’ in the WP header admin bar is causing the page/post to refresh rather allow me to edit the page/post as requested.

    I am still able to access and edit the pages if accessed through the WordPress dashboard though.
