Clicking “Complete” in WooCommerce > Orders causes an error

    WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, GoDaddy Payments.

    Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function
    GoDaddy\WooCommerce\Poynt\Helpers\mb_strpos() in
    /home/<redacted>/public_html/wp-content/plugins/godaddy-payments/src/Helpers/StringHelper.php:89

    WordPress version 6.1
    Active theme: Aspen Roots (version 1.2.4)
    Current plugin: GoDaddy Payments (version 1.3.2)
    PHP version 8.1.12

    Did this error message just start happening when switching your orders to Complete? Does it happen with all orders placed with GoDaddy Payments?

    To start with, it might be that a conflict is responsible for this issue, so I’d like to try to rule out a theme conflict first.

    Would you please temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Nineteen, and let me know if the issue persists? If it does persist, not to worry, I’ll have some other troubleshooting steps for you to follow.

    If swapping themes does resolve the issue, it would appear to be a theme conflict.

    Would you please let me know how the theme switch went?
