• When a visitor clicks to make a comment he gets you must be logged in to comment instead of the comment form even after I set my blog to ” Comment author must fill out name and e-mail”. I don’t want users to have to log in so how do I fix this. My code reads:
    or php reads:
    \ <div class=”alignright”><?php comments_popup_link(‘Add Your Comment’, ‘<span>(1)</span> Comment’, ‘<span>(%)</span> Comments’); ?></div>\

  • you need to uncheck the box that says they have to register to comment. Im pretty sure that still there under the discussion options.. if not, its the admin somewhere, prolly on the same page where you set the other.

Thanks I found it in the Settings/general tab where it says “anyone can register” so I ticked that box and hooray!!
