    Have you set a price for the products? In testing it did this for me when I had products set to $0.00

    Also can you check you set the currency correctly in settings?

    And if problem persists it would be helpful if I can look at it for myself so I can see the code – can you post a link to the affected page on your site please?

    Thanks

    Thanks… I checked the code but nothing obvious is popping out. Would it be possible to email me privately with some temporary login details for your site so I can take a closer look and try to work out what’s going wrong here? [email protected]

    Hi jasonvega, I never received any follow up from you on this – was your issue resolved?

    Sorry, I was meaning to respond. No, it is still unresolved I just haven’t had much time to look at it anymore.

    What access exactly are you looking for because I am a bit concerned at giving admin access. I understand the need for troubleshooting, but I am still concerned.

    Sorry guys this doesn’t happen for me on my test sites and I can’t fix it if I can’t see it. If you want further help on this please contact me privately with admin login details for your WP site.

    I guess there Are a few things I do not understand… I am new to WP, I like what i have discovered so far but am mystified by some stuff also…
    for example, how do I make a Separate page for my Download/thank you page that everyone cannot see… If I post it as private that hides it forever, if I make it public it appears in plain site for all to see and download from… its Got me puzzled, and because it does I can’t tell PayPal where to send my customers to, to get the product they just bought… got any ideas on this????

    @devarondlh
    What I would do is create the return page and make it public, but give it an obscure permalink (eg yoursite.com/ashs081nclbhagxhgt ) and use an SEO plugin to mark the page rel=”nofollow” so that is it not indexed by search engines. While this does not keep it totally secure, it will stop users from accidentally stumbling across the page.

    I want to also note that I recognise this isn’t a perfect solution, so I am making a Pro version of this plugin where one of the features is that you can add an attachment to the auto-responder email… this would mean you could send any eBook or another file with the email itself, and then the thank you return page would just be something like “thanks for your purchase, you have been emailed the file”

    Does this help?

    PS… in the future please open a new thread for a new topic – thanks
