Clicking a NexGen thumbnail does not load image in viewer.

When I click on NexGeg thumbnail, it doesn’t load image in viewer, instead it open as an image file.

Also, when clicking back button of browser, it doesn’t go back. I have to refresh it.
Any solution please?
