    Hi,
    I have enabled Clickatell in my calendar notifications but I have done multiple test bookings and have not received an SMS message. I believe I have done everything I need to on the Clickatell settings and Pinpoint booking system. I would really appreciate your help with this. Many of the emails sent to customers end up in their spam so I want to be able to send a message that notifies them that their booking has been successful and to check their spam.

    Hello,

    What type of Clickatell account do you own? Platform or Central?
    Currently, a Central type account is required for Clickatell notifications.

    thank you – for some reason I did not get a notification of your reply. I will look to see if this is the type of account I have. If not I will speak to Clickatell
