to be clear: If you look now, the images is working again, since I have downgraded. But the plugin will have upgrade eventually. I just want it to be smooth and without problems.

I have the same problem – it started within the last hour or so. I need a fix urgently, as this is a key part of our site.

Downgrade to 1.9.6 will fix it temporarily until you forget and update again

Thanks for that but – if I remove the plug-in, where do I get version 1.9.6? And what happens to all of the data on my site?

I just googled that specific version yesterday late at night and found a website with a download button.

Yes, as with all wordpress plug-ins, your data is safe.

I just found WP Rollback. It did exactly what it says on the tin.

All working again – thanks for the help!

    Hello @peeyabbs and @glashelder !

Glad you reached out, as you may know the free version only allows a single image to be made. Our latest update included a fix to address some issues with the free version when it contains multiple images which appear hidden.

Usually this is caused by Importing when an image already exists.

If you’d like to update, try following these steps to restore the image:

Go to the admin editing page and if your hotspots are missing, delete the image by choosing to “Move to Trash” under the Publish settings of the image.

That should restore the image you originally had setup.

Please feel free to also reach out to us through [email protected] and we can help you sort it out.

    Hi @wpdrawattention

On the admin page, everything was there as normal – image, hotspots and everything.
I’ve never tried to upload more than one image, so I’m not going to delete anything.
Reverting to version 1.9.6 solved the problem. To erpeat, the problem was that the image did not appear on the web site at all – just a message saying “create a clickable area”

Same here. Image is not showing up after updating to latest version. Issue also in the paid pro version. Please fix asap!

We ended up finding a bug in our plugin, there was a conflict between Draw Attention and WPML/Polylang. A new version has just been released with the fix for the bug, could you try updating and letting me know if that fixes your issue?

    Kind regards,
    Natalie G
