Clickable elements too close together

Hi all,
The only mobile mistake on my website is that on this page https://www.stevendijkshoorn.nl/sitemap/ the “Clickable elements too close together”. This come out of Google search console. Anybody know how to fix it?
– Already did something on my css only the main menu was then also affected
– Try to use a <br> like this <br>{title} but this was also not workingPlease help.

I checked your web page for clickable elements using this clickable elements checker on mobile view and i noticed that the social media links at the bottom of the page are too close. Could your try spacing them by adding some margin.
