clickable area in layout

hello
we use the layout on the right side.

The clickable/hover area (the mouse pointer changes) is the whole button, but only when the user clicks on the text (+/-), the currency is choosen correctly. So some click on the button, but the currency is not changed.

I tried to find and adapt the right css class, but I was not successful.

Could you kindly let me know how to fix this? some css?
