click tracking doesnt work

Just tested with 3.10.15 version, i have disable and reenable ads, clear all cache on w3 total cache,clean up database, reevaluate all ads, still not getting click tracking.
Tracking Encryption and Clicktracking developer debug options doesnt change anything if they are selected

Did you enable W3TC support in AdRotate settings?
If you haven’t enable it and clear the sites cache once more.

Clicktracking goes through jQuery. If you enable the debug checkbox for clicktracking you should get a alert popup once you click the advert. If you do not, either your cache is in the way or some other JS/jQuery script causes some issue/conflict.

i have try with wordfence cache on and w3tc uninstalled, i have also select to load the jquery slthough my site is loading it already and i have deselct the option to load the javascript functions on the footer. something else must conflict with AdRotate

consider adding support for an alternative way that doesnt need js/jquery but only needs url redirection on a custom page first and then to go to the ad url

Of you just add a valid link to your adcode.
If there is no valid <a> tag in the ad AdRotate can’t track it. If you don’t know how this works take a look at the examples to the right of the adcode field.

After installing the latest update 3.10.18. click ctracking now works, thanks
