Click to Pay Button not Working

    Hi,

    After accepting the offer, the customer cannot make the payment because when we click “Click to Pay ” button its redirected to same item page for which the offer was made.

    Please sort out the issue.

  • @adeemqamar, I’m so sorry for the delay in response, this seems to be a cache issue, can you check if you are using any CDN service and did you tried clearing any CDN , plugin / browser cache and see if things started to work as expected?

    Another thing to look at is to disable all extra plugins and see if there is some sort of plugin conflict causing that? Because we are not seeing that on our sandbox site so something unique might be happening at your site.
    Please check those and let let me know what you got.

    I have installed the oldest ver 1.4.8.2, Now its working fine.

    So you were using an old version? or you installed an older version to get that sorted in general? It would be great if you can check and test it with the latest version and see if that works for you or not.

    I was not using Old Verison when the button was not working correctly in latest version then I thought I should try an old version so I tried 1.4.8.2, button start working perfectly. I will test again with the latest one and update you soon.
