    Hi,

It seems the click to pay button in the accepted offer email isn’t working anymore. The link points to the non existing subdomain email.domainname.com. Any idea how to solve this?

    Cheers,
    Jaap

@hitec4ever, I’m sorry but we are not getting any reports of this from others nor we are able to reproduce this on our test setup. So something unique might be happening to your site specifically.

So to debug, what I would do is, disable all extra plugins and then try an offer, accept it and see if the email link is correct or not?
If so then try to enable them one by one again to catch the culprit.

Another way is that, switch to basic twenty theme and then check again , if you get this as expected?

Let me know what you got after running those test.
    Thanks!

    HI,

I’ve tried disabling all plugins but Woo and Offers but the problem persists. Also tried it with twentyseventeen theme, same issue. The buttons in the mails keep pointing to email.domainname.com.

    What else can I try?

That is odd though as we are not getting any reports of this from any of other users nor we are able to reproduce this on our test site, are you using some CDN services? and did you tried to clear that cache as well? If you still didnot get this working then please submit a ticket here and include staging site URL with temporary admin login so that I can jump in and see whats going on there.
    Thanks!

    Hi Oliver,

I did some more research and found out that it’s Varnish combined with the plugin which is causing this issue. I inserted a Varnish rule to exclude /my-account and now it’s working fine.

So maybe this is something you can look at?

    Cheers,
    Jaap

Varnish , I believe , is a cache / file magnification plugin and they give hard time but they do have script exclusion option like you did and things start to work as normal.
I’m glad that you have figure that out after all.
With that, if you have a moment to leave a review for our plugin and support that would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
