Click submit with no results

    Greetings:

    I created a form today for the first time in many months. With a few oops, I deciphered field settings and a couple of other details. However, I have not figured out why my form will not submit when I submit a form for testing.

    I have captcha enabled.
    I complete the captcha code input.
    Click submit.
    The button changes to submitting…
    Nothing changes.
