    After installing and migrating successfully from Social Warefare the Social Snap share buttons have the URL /#.

    How does this happen and how do I fix it?

    I wanted to add that I am using a theme (Acabado) that does NOT use jquery. Sifting through ‘socialsnap.js’ I see a call to jQuery right up front.

    Could this be the issue?

    I have manually installed jQuery – it has not fixed this issue

    This issues was resolved with a clearing of our cache.
