    Hi,

I’m using the Video gallery and Player plugin for some time now, and I’m happy with it, but yesterday I encountered a problem after updating it :
when a thumbnail is clicked on a video gallery, the page is redirected to YouTube instead of opening a popup.

I’m using using the free version of the plugin and this shortcode :
    [sp_html5video grid=”1″ popup_fix=”true” category=”35″]

I tried it without the popup_fix option but the result is the same.

I hope the popup_fix option is not mandatory to view video in a popup, as it was the case in previous versions. I have a lot of videos on many pages, and it would be painful to add this option in every tag.

Thank you by advance for your time.

    Baptiste

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

I reinstalled the 2.1.2 version of the plugin and it works fine.
I didn’t change anything in my theme nor installed any new plugin since at least a year.

    Hi,

I just saw that my topic got the resolved tag.
While I solved my problem with the reinstallation of an older version of the plugin, I’m not sure that’s a real solution. It’s more a workaround in my opinion.
I still have no idea why the last version of the plugin don’t work as it should.

I would love to get an answer.
    Thanks.
