Hi,
I can’t see your FAQ page. It just shows a coming soon message. That being said, something like this is usually caused by one of two things:
1) It might be that you just need to flush your permalinks, something that is often necessary after registering or modifying a new custom post type. Could you follow these instructions to do so and see if it makes a difference?
To flush permalinks:
– In the WordPress main menu, go to “Settings > Permalinks”.
– Scroll down, if needed, and click “Save Changes”. No need to actually make any changes.
– Rewrite rules and permalinks have now been flushed.
2) If this is happening when you have the FAQ Toggle feature enabled, then it could be that your theme has some kind of page loading effect or JS effect that is conflicting with the JS that runs to expand the FAQs. If that might be the case, you could double check to see if your theme does indeed have something like this and try temporarily disabling it to see if that’s the cause.
