Why does out of place text appears at the top of my blog posts?

    Who doesn’t need free gas?

    For example if you click on What would you do with $145 Million? and after it loads up ” ? Who doesn’t need free gas?
    shows up above the post.

    This also happens with the other blog posts.

    How can I stop this from happening?

    I am way new to WP. Sorry for the newb question.
