Click on a button opens chat window?

    Hi,
    Is there a feature that allows me to trigger the chat box to open after a button or link is clicked.
    Example:
    Button that says Let’s Chat -> opens the chat box at the bottom / stays in the same page.

    Thanks so much for getting in touch.

    You are able to do this by going to Live Chat –> Settings –> and in the General Tab scroll down to ‘Advanced Settings’.

    From here you can select to open the chat by hover or click on a certain ID or class.
