  • Hi Kittens,

    It appears that you only have the FAQ category toggle set to “Yes”. The subcategory that you are referring to are actually FAQs. Therefore, if you go to Settings > Basic, and set FAQ Toggle to “Yes” and FAQ Accordion to “Yes”, it should behave as you wish it to.

    I have everything set to YES except

      Show Editor Helper
      Include Permalink Icon
      Display Post Author
      Display Post Date

    Hi Kittens,

    If you set the Display All Answers option to “No”, it should work properly. The reason why it was still displaying all the answers is because if you have this option set to “Yes” in addition to the accordion setting, then all the answers will accordion.
