Click anywhere on slider screen

This looks to be a custom slider built by the theme creators. Judging by the theme’s demo, their is no default way to do this. You can try contacting the author of the theme if you like.

From a developing standpoint, it is possible to achieve this, but would take some code wrangling.

But from a UX (User Experience) perspective, it make more sense to have the button there than to just have the whole slide be a link. Otherwise the user would not know the slide is a link unless you always say on the slide to “click here to go to the page…”. Buttons create an appropriate call to action on those slides.
