Click and Text appears

I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to add an element to each page, that when clicked makes some text appear/disappear.
As an example, on this page I would like to have a button or some sort of object right where the word ‘INFO’ is. Like this:

When that ‘INFO’ object is clicked, a text description should appear like this:

And if ‘INFO’ is clicked again, the text should disappear again.
For both the ‘INFO’ object and the text description, I would like to use the font I have uploaded to my theme via style.css and be able to make the first line of text bold.

I am using Theme X and a child of Integrity-Light
My hope is that this plugin is something that I can drop in with visual composer.
