Clever permalink manager

This permalink manager has provided a granular way to customize permalinks. The base editor has a lot of structure tag options for standard posts and pages and for custom post types. Even custom taxonomies can be added into the mix.

Maciej, the plugin author has been very responsive to requests and issues. Both my concerns were promptly addressed and are now fixed. Thank you!
