Hi, is it possible to add a “clean sheets” variable, the same way “goals”, “assists” and “yellow cards”, for example, exist?
    Thanks in advance.

  • That seems resolved?
    How did you do?

It hasn’t really been resolved. I created a “blank” variable called “Clean Sheets” and have been testing out different equations (none of them working). Is there any way to create a fully functioning clean sheets variable?

    Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out.

This depends on what you want there. If it is simply 1 for the games with clean sheets, then you can create a player stat, like you have goals and others, and when a goalkeeper has a game played with clean sheets you add one there.

Then you simply use this stat in your players list.

    Thanks!

Thanks for your help! However, while in the single player’s page the stats are displayed correctly, in the clean sheets stats table it shows x2 the value it should display.

Example: this player (https://falebanon.altervista.org/player/mohammad-santina/) has played 1 game and made 1 clean sheet. However, in the clean sheets table (https://falebanon.altervista.org/list/2019-20-premier-league-clean-sheets/) it shows he has 2. Same for all other players.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

    That’s odd!

Please kindly send us a screenshot of your stats setting, event edit and your player list edit screen.

I’d like to see how that variable is set up, how the data is added and how SportsPress is reading this internally.

    Thanks!

Hi, I managed to “fix” this by creating in Settings –> SportsPress –> Configure –> Player Statistics a statistic called “Clean Sheets” which has the formula “cleansheet/2” (recalling the “player performance” statistics “cleansheet”). This seems to work for now, so I’ll mark the topic as resolved.

    Hi!

    Thanks, that’s a good workaround.

Let us know if you need anything else.

    Thanks!
