Clears all cache on all sites on WordPress Multisite when new post is published

When a new post is published in one of the site in a WordPress Multisite setup and the Clear Cache When A New Post Is Published is checked, it clears ALL cache of ALL websites instead of the active website only. Kindly fix this.
