Hello – I’m in the UK and using Clearpay (Afterpay), but the labels on checkout show as Afterpay (label and graphic), until you select the payment option when the Clearpay box is opened.

I can’t remember this being a problem when I first enabled Clearpay (a while ago), so it might have changed in a recent update.

    Hello @mjwareha,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Could you please attach a few screenshots that illustrate the issue?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

Additionally, please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi Saif,

The screen shot shows the checkout with the ‘Afterpay’ radio button selected which is actually ‘Clearpay’ in the UK.

    Thanks for the screenshot!

The team is already aware of this naming issue.

Progress to change this in the future is being tracked in this report: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-payments/issues/6425

We don’t have an estimate on when it will be fixed, but I added your case to the report. I suggest you subscribe to the report from the side bar to receive updates.

Please let us know if you have any other questions! :?)
