clearing the log effect?

  • Thank you for creating this plug-in, but more guidance on how to use the plug-in would be helpful.

    After clearing the log I no longer have any deprecated issues showing. Did clearing the log mean that the previous logged issues, even if they still occurring, will not be logged again? Or, if you clear the log and you do not see any logged deprecations does that mean the issues have been corrected?

    I am hoping that some clarification on how to use the tool to ensure that all issues have been corrected can be provided.

    If nothing new is being logged, even after clearing your logs, then it is likely you no longer need this plugin, you are correct in that assessment.

    Clearing the log only removes what was already known from “memory”, so that the plugin will discover it again for the first time if something does crop up.
