Several questions
1.The form is to be used on a daily login basis – possibly the text will be prepared in Word, however on tests the cut and paste is not accepted and there is an error message.2.After submitting the form and receiving the entry submitted message, the whole form filled in remains on the screen. is there a way to rest the form to add a different entry.
3.Is it possible to format the text so that chosen headings can be in bold or italics
4.It is quite difficult to reorder the fields using the arrows especially to insert a new field and then move it to near the top of a long form
