Clearing queued e-mails

    How can i clear queued emails? Can I not send new emails from a new broadcast if I have placed another broadcast in pause?

    Hi @debres1226,

    Thanks for contacting us! Hope you’re doing well.

    Absolutely! When you pause campaigns, they won’t be activated until you manually click the “resume” button.

    In the paid version, the plugin will automatically send emails every 10 to 15 minutes. However, if you prefer manual control, you can use the “Send Queued Email” button on the report page. This button sends only the emails that are in the process of being sent, not the ones that are paused.
