Clearing cache error

  • I am getting an error when trying to clear a single page. It is effecting all of my web sites using this plugin. Clearing the whole cache however does work without issue.

    WordPress 6.1.1

    Plugin Version 4.7.2

    “An error occurred while cleaning the cache. Please check log file for further details.”

    It seems that the API key is not being saved when the plugin is updated and it needs to be entered again. Then clearing a single page does work.

    Hi @frenchomatic,
    Can you check the plugin log for the details of the error that is happening?
    Also, can you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the plugin and freshly set it up again? Have never encountered such issues before.
