Clearing browser plug-in

    I don’t use any other cache plug-in. I just made some changes to some text widget boxes. It appears that my users need to clear their browser cache for the changes to take affect. Since my users are only my very non-technical family this is a problem. If I click your plug-in button, does this mean that my 86 year old mother will see an up-to-date page or does your plug-in only work in conjunction with one of the other cache plug-ins you list?

    I need to find a simple way to not have my user’s need to clear their cache. Does this help me. Thanks…….Jackie

    Sorry, this plugin does not clear a browser’s cache specifically. If you don’t have any caching on your website your users should be able to click on their browser’s refresh button and it should show the most updated content.

    Other than that I think there are some server configurations that instruct the browser to always fetch a new copy of the site. It’s up to the browser to follow those instructions.
