“Clear the complete cache if a new post has been published” – checkbox

Hi there,

I have the checkbox selected for “Clear the complete cache if a new post has been published (instead of only the home page cache).”

Does this Cache Behavior condition apply to ‘Editor’ user roles who create a new post? Or is the condition only applied to ‘Admin’ users roles who create a new post?

If so is there any hook to change this behaviour?
